Terms of Use

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store / Google Play terms and these Terms.

Pro purchase

AgeFlash is free to download and includes the live age ticker, two profiles, days alive counter, birthday countdown, and Western + Chinese zodiac at no cost. The free version is funded by banner advertising. The optional paid Pro upgrade unlocks unlimited profiles, profile photos, birthday reminders, Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets, Apple Watch complications, life statistics, milestones, custom color themes, and removes all ads.

Available option:

• AgeFlash Pro Lifetime: USD 1.99 (or local equivalent), one-time purchase. No subscription, no recurring charges.

Advertising

The free version of the App displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). Pro users do not see any ads. Ad content is selected by Google based on its policies and any consent you provided. We do not control which ads are shown and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or links of third-party ads. You can manage advertising preferences anytime in Settings (where available).

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Bypass technical limitations or paywalls
• Submit feedback containing unlawful, harmful, or harassing content

Intellectual property

All content in the App - including graphics, icons, copy and the AgeFlash name and logo - is owned by Sommer Media s.r.o. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use App content outside the App.

Disclaimer

AgeFlash is an age and birthday tracker for personal use. Life statistics (such as estimated heartbeats, breaths, hours of sleep) are calculated from population averages and are NOT health, medical, fitness, or actuarial advice. Zodiac descriptions are presented as cultural and historical fun facts and are NOT predictions, horoscopes, or any form of advice. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sommer Media s.r.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro purchase, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country are not affected.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you reside.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
